Morning Forest Bathing

With Talaysay Tours

Step into stillness and reconnect with nature during a Morning Forest Therapy Walk at Porpoise Bay Provincial Park on Thursday, May 15. 🌿

Guided by Talaysay Tours and supported by the Sunshine Coast Community Forest, this complimentary experience invites you to slow down and connect with the natural world through the gentle, healing practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing).

Wander intentionally along peaceful trails, pause for moments of reflection, and awaken your senses in a scent-free environment designed to promote deep presence. This is not a cultural tour, but a quiet, grounded journey into land-based wellness and connection.

This community event welcomes individuals aged 12 and up (youth must be accompanied by a guardian). Space is limited to 15 participants — registration is required.

Save the date and gift yourself the time to breathe, feel, and be.

Location: Porpoise Bay Provincial Park

Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm PT

More Information: Visit the event page for more information and to register
